In April, 2006, the Town hired EarthTech, Inc., an engineering firm, to conduct a town-wide transportation study that will be incorporated into the Plan update. In addition, EarthTech and the Yale Urban Design Workshop were charged with conducting a special study of parking and circulation at and around the Town Green.
