Public notices are posted on the day they are completed and approved for publication, or on the next work day, and are updated as needed. Please allow several days' preparation time for lengthy or complex documents, such as meeting minutes.

Legal notices of action are posted following all formal actions by the Planning and Zoning Cmmission or Board of Zoning Appeals, usually within a few work days of such actions.

Notices of public hearing are posted as soon as possible after the commission or board determines a need for public hearing. Each may be revised at any time prior to the 24-hour period preceding the scheduled hearing. Consequently, each my be updated on line as late as the day of the scheduled hearing.
