The Branford Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Canoe Brook Senior Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 7 pm to conduct public hearings to consider the following applications/variances of the Branford Zoning Regulations:

7/08-1. Frank and Paula Acquarulo, 14 Queach Road, Var. Sec, 25, Schd. B, Line 8: Side line setback from 25 ft. to 5 ft. and Line 9: Rear line setback from 50 ft. to 5 ft. for 24x16 storage shed.

7/08-2. Robert Massey, Jr., 732 & 734 East Main Street, Var. Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 8: Rear line setback from 50 ft. to 10 ft. and Line 11: Max. Lot Coverage from 30% to 35%.

7/08-3. Dennis J. Titley and Kathryn G. Thomas, 18 Union Street, Var. Sec. 5.7: Non-Conforming; Sec. 25.4.6: Narrow Streets and Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 7: Street line setback from 40 ft. to 18.2 ft. (23.4 existing) for one story addition and to 24.5 ft (26.8 ft. existing) for relocation of stoop and stairs. Also, Line 9: Side line setback from 20 ft. to 9.4 ft. (existing) for one story addition.

7/08-4. Anthony J. Pulcinella, 70 Sea View Avenue, Var. Sec. 5.7: Non-Conforming; Sec. 25.4.6: Narrow Streets; Sec. 25.4.12: Setback from Critical Coastal Resources from 25 ft. to 20 ft. (13.9 ft existing) and Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 7: Street line setback from 30 ft. to 6.7 ft. (1.4 ft. existing — Seventh Ave.) and to 18.6 ft. (5.7 ft. existing — Sea View Ave.). Also, Line 8: Rear line setback from 30 ft. to 20 ft. (13.9 existing); Line 9: Side line setback from 15 ft. to 3 ft. (2.8 ft. existing); Line 11: Max. Lot Coverage from 25% to 35% (36.3% existing) and Line 12: Max. Floor Area from 50% to 70% (31% existing).

7/08-5. Dale Saul, 12 Watrus Avenue, Var. Sec 5.7: Non-Conforming; Sec. 25.4.6: Narrow Streets and Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 7: Street line setback from 15 ft. to 8.1 ft. (existing) and Line 9: Side line setback from 10 ft. to 3.8 ft. (existing) for second floor addition and two story addition.

7/08-6. Mary Jillson and Donna Hildebrand, 30 Pawson Trail, Var. Sec. 5.7: Non-Conforming; Sec. 25.4.6: Narrow Streets; Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 7: Street line setback from 30 ft. to 14 ft.3 in.; Line 9: Sideline setback from 15 ft. to 8 ft (E) and to 4 ft. (W); Line 11 Max. Lot Coverage from 25% to 30% (31.9% existing). Also, Coastal Site Plan Review.
