NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:

LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF BRANFORD

The Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Branford, Connecticut hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at 7:30 P.M. at the Canoe Brook Senior Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road, Branford, to consider the following:

1.      The continuation of the public hearing opened on March 4, 2010 concerning the Special Exception application of Paula Inglese for an oversized accessory structure at 26 Palmer Road.

2.      The continuation of the public hearing opened on March 4, 2010 concerning the Special Exception application of Craig M. Whitehouse for excavation, filling, and grading at 220 Pleasant Point Road.

3.      The Special Exception application of CT Orthopedic Specialists, P.C. for construction of a 16,000 sq. ft. surgical center and medical office building and associated site work at 84 North Main Street.

4.      The re-subdivision application of Shoreline Tennis Center to divide into two lots an existing 13-acre parcel located at 688 East Main Street.

5.      The Special Exception application of Shoreline Tennis Center for construction of a 56,310 sq. ft. indoor tennis facility and related site work on property fronting on Baldwin Drive to be subdivided off of property located at 688 East Main Street.

6.      The Special Exception (revision) application of Parish Farm Partners, LLC, to add approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of lawn area to the rear of a site occupied by a 36,000 sq. ft. office building at 688 East Main Street.

Copies of the applications are on file in the Office of the Branford Town Clerk and in the Planning & Zoning Office. At said hearing all persons will have the right to be heard and written communications will be received.
