NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:

LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF BRANFORD

The Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Branford, Connecticut hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. at the Canoe Brook Senior Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road, Branford, to consider the following:

1. The Special Exception application of Thornton's Inc. for construction of a new canopy and renovation of the existing building at 227 East Main Street.

Copies of the application are on file in the Office of the Branford Town Clerk and in the Planning & Zoning Office.

At said hearing all persons will have the right to be heard and written communications will be received.
