NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:

LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF BRANFORD

The Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Branford, Connecticut hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, February 16, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. at the Canoe Brook Senior Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road, Branford, to consider the following:

1. The Special Exception application of Justin J. Rossetti to construct an accessory apartment attached to an existing residence at 33 Damascus Road.

2. The Special Exception application of Branford Yacht Club to construct a pavilion at 39 Goodsell Point Road.

3. The Special Exception application of Napa Auto Parts to use the easterly half of an existing 12,250 square foot building at 172 Cedar Street.

A copy of each application is on file in the Office of the Branford Town Clerk and in the Planning & Zoning Office. At said hearing all persons will have the right to be heard and written communications will be received.
