NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:

LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF BRANFORD

The Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Branford, Connecticut hereby gives notice of Public Hearings to be held on Thursday, July 15, 2010, at 7:30 P.M. at the Canoe Brook Senior Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road, Branford, to consider the following:

1.      Special Exception application of Branford Partners LLC/CT Orthopedic Specialists, P.C., for revision of previous approval of a surgical center, at 84 North Main Street, Branford, Connecticut.

2.      Special Exception application of Elm City Mfg Jewelers, for phased construction of a 1,690 square foot retail building and site work, at 110 North Main Street, Branford, Connecticut.

3.      Special Exception application of Thirteen LLC and Montowese Partners, 7/14, LLC for conversion of approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial space to residential units at 67 and 69 South Main Street, Branford, Connecticut.

Copies of the applications are on file in the Office of the Branford Town Clerk and in the Planning & Zoning Office. At said hearing all persons will have the right to be heard and written communications will be received.
