At the Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission held on Thursday,

July 15, 2010 the following actions were taken:

1.      Approved with conditions, the Special Exception application of Thirteen, LLC & Montowese Partners, 7/14, LLC, 67 & 69 South Main Street.

2.      Approved, the Special Exception application of Cabo Concepts, LLC 1205-1211 Main Street.

3.      Denied, the Site Plan (Revision) application of Fran Paranto/Anthony Nuzzo (ABC-lers), 738 East Main Street.
