At the Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission held on Thursday,

March 4, 2010 the following actions were taken:

1.      Denied, the Resubdivision and Coastal Site Plan Review applications of

C. James Walker, III & Jennifer R. Walker, 39 Prospect Hill Road.

2.      Approved with conditions, the SDA/PDD & Coastal Site Plan Review applications of Alex Vigliotti, 1159-1171 Main Street.
