At the Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission held on Thursday,

January 19, 2012 the following action was taken:

1.      Approved with conditions, the 3-lot Re-subdivision application of Parish Farm Partners LLC, 688 East Main Street.

2.      Approved, the Revision of a previously approved Special Exception of Parish Farm Partners LLC, 688 East Main Street.

3.      Approved with conditions, the Special Exception application of Massey Properties LLC, 688 East Main Street.

4.      Approved with conditions, the Coastal Site Plan Review application of Brian Francisco, 22 Ark Road.

5.      Approved with conditions, the Coastal Site Plan Review application of Dr. Michael Barone, 23 Juniper Point Road.

6.      Withdrawn, the proposed revision of the Branford Zoning Regulations concerning "Incentive Housing Zone Overlay District".
